The bold lady who was tired of waiting for her boyfriend to pop the question decided to take a bold step and propose to her boyfriend in public.
In the presence of several individuals, she popped the question and the boyfriend who looked somehow embarrassed refused to accept despite the pressure mounted on him by caring eyewitnesses to say yes.
